Hey there Physifam!

What a jam packed few months of competitions and events for the Pole and Aerial industry it’s been!

On the 21st of April, The International Pole Championships (IPC) was held in Brisbane, Queensland. The talent that graced the stage was amazingly beautiful and it would’ve been a tough competition to judge. The International Pole Dance Fitness Association (IPDFA) also awarded our very own Kristy Sellars with “Studio of the Year” for PhysiPole Studios Ballarat and it is an incredible honour to be recognised internationally. Congrats to Kristy and the wonderful team at Ballarat.

Miss Lyra Victorian Heats ran on the 28th of April, with a PhysiPoler in every category. In Amateur Solo was Cassandra Quinta (Carlton studio), in Advanced Solo was Mollie Buckley (Warrnambool studio), in Doubles was Sam & Lauren (Ballarat Studio) and in Semi-Pro was Celestee Roylance (Traralgon studio owner). Bonnie Williamson (Warrnambool studio) was in the ShowTime category and her spider inspired routine won her the sash! Congrats Bonnie on being the Showtime Winner and to all the girls who performed, you were all so inspiring and awesome!

Kaleidoscope, a competition run by The Pole Parlour, was also on the 28th of April. We had Emily Jane (Geelong studio) representing the PhysiPole name and her Little Mermaid performance was so much fun to watch. We cant wait to see a full video!

Another competition that was jam packed with talent and PhysiPolers was Victorian Pole Championships (VPC) on the 12th of May. PhysiPole was a proud sponsor for VPC. Celestee, Tiff Kriss (Geelong studio) and Andrijana Perovic (Craigieburn studio owner) all competed in the Amateur Division and Tigerlily (Bendigo studio) competed in the Professional Division. Everyone was captivating to watch and each performer stepped out on stage ready to take our breath away and boy did they deliver! Celestee walked away as the Amateur Champion and to say that we are proud is an understatement. Congratulations to Celestee and to the girls who competed, you were all amazing

On this whirlwind of a month, Regional Pole Artistry Championships (another competition that PhysiPole is proudly sponsoring) line up was announced and we have a few PhysiPolers in the line up. Buckle up as I list them here
