Pole Dancing Courses
A great workout and a lot of fun! These courses include spins and aerial tricks, each class you'll learn new tricks as your fitness, strength and flexibility increases so does the level of the workout! Choose between Static classes where the pole is stationary and you create your own momentum or Spin class where the pole spins and you work yourself holding positions or why not do both!
Classes are 1 person per pole
$220 for 8 weeks, 1 hour per week.
Aerial Hoop Classes
If you wanted to join the circus when you were a kid then this is the course for you! Enjoy learning fun tricks that includes spins, holding shapes flex and strength moves on an aerial hoop while getting a workout at the same time! We have various sized hoops and different heights to suit all students, you do not need to start nice and high. Wear your leggings in this class with a comfy shirt

The Boogie Bounce Xtreme programme is FAB, FUN, FUNKY AND FAT BURNING. It is a complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline, with a safety bar, choreographed to chart topping inspiring music which includes an extremely effective cardio section, and a really powerful bums, tums and thighs section too! Every muscle in the body is worked. EVEN THE FACIAL MUSCLES!
Classes are 1 person per tramp
$25 per class for 1 hour

Studio Owner & Instructor
Samantha has been active her whole life starting Jazz Ballet when she was 3 years old. She shortly converted to acro instead which led her into joining the circus at the end of 2004. It wasn’t long after joining the circus that Sam found silks and something just seemed to click. Throughout her time in the circus she performed in several shows and toured across Victoria and New South Wales. Sam left the circus to focus on her studies, and in 2014 began her degree in Psychology. One day on break Sam found a flyer for her university cheer team information night. With her acro background she picked up cheerleading quite quickly, by the end of the year she was competing at Nationals and was assistant coach for two All-Star cheerleading teams. Sam was in charge of social events for the team and organised for the team to come to a PhysiPole ‘Try Before You Buy’ class in Albury, she immediately felt at home and after the first lesson she was hooked! She signed up for two courses for her first term and each term it grew to be more and more until a year later when she was poling 5 days a week, had started teaching, and had even dipped her toes into competing. Starting slowly with showcases and eventually working her way to Ignite she was blown away when she won heats and made it through to the finals. Sam is starting to break into the amateur competing scene a bit more now and this year competed in the Miss Pole Dance state heats. Sam was missing her PhysiPole home so much when she moved to Canberra that she decided early in 2018 to move it here with her. Sam is over the moon to be able to bring her passion for PhysiPole to Canberra and cannot wait share it with everyone that comes through the doors.
