For a competition you will need to come up with a routine that reflects the judging criteria and be in the time limits. You can do this process all yourself or book a private to have an instructor assist with this, instructors can help you through the whole process of creating a routine or help you finesse things to suit the competition you are entering. It is all up to you and how confident you feel going through the process yourself or if you need assistance

At a minimum we recommend training at least once a week in a practice session at the studio on the apparatus, you can also add in another training session at home working on your dance skills, strength and technique. The ideal amount of practices is 2-3 times per week.
