Dynamic Heels

This full syllabus course is a perfect start for learning Dynamic Heels training both on and off the pole. We’ll concentrate on a number of styles and various techniques while building your confidence and fluidity.

Each week we’ll go through new tricks that will build our stamina and self confidence. Over the course you’ll gradually build up to a full routine that will combine everything you’ve learned.

Each term earn a certificate and progress to the next level learning new skills that will increase in difficulty.

What to Wear/Bring

Pole requires skin contact to grip so we suggest to make the class easier for you to wear the following, if you are not comfortable in wearing this you can wear pants and a long shirt you will just need to work a little harder.
