This 8-week course is designed for individuals of all fitness levels who are interested in learning the art of trapeze. Our experienced and certified instructors will guide you through each step of the way, ensuring that you learn proper technique and form.

Throughout the course, you will develop strength, flexibility, and coordination while learning fundamental trapeze skills such as spins, inversions, and tricks.

You will also learn how to properly execute transitions and poses on the trapeze, allowing you to flow seamlessly from one move to the next.
