Studio Owner

Tiff started her pole journey in 2015 after she had her first beautiful baby girl. It didn't take long for her confidence to grow once starting, as well as her love of her own body post baby.

Tiff also became passionate about sharing and helping others on that same journey! She has been an instructor at our Geelong, Grovedale and Ballarat studios, and has also held workshops at our Werribee and Rockhampton studios too! This busy woman is also preparing and competing in comp after comp and has a true love and passion for the art of performance.

Tiff has a dance background of over 20 years, in styles including gymnastics, ballet, contemporary, jazz, neo-classical, hip hop, calisthenics, pole fitness and aerial fitness. In this time, she has placed in several state and national choreography competitions, as well as having performed on the West End in London in 2012.
