PhysiPole studios offers various services other than our classes to meet your needs! Organise a one on one or group private, function to celebrate a special event or hire out the studio to use all to yourself outside our normal opening hours.

Privates

Book some one on one time with an instructor today!

Choose what you want to work on maybe some nemesis skills, new combos, or work on creating a routine.

Privates can be shared with others, 1hr or 1/2hr timeslots are available, contact your local studio today advising what you are wanting a private for, suggested dates and times and we will do our best to accommodate

Want to access the studio outside of opening hours? Then book in your very own studio hire, share the hire or have a room all to yourself, you will not have an instructor there to assist, this is just for you to use the space on your own.

PhysiParties at PhysiPole Studios is an exciting and unique way to celebrate special occasions with your friends, family, or colleagues. Our parties offer a fun and memorable experience that combines fitness, fun and entertainment. We cater to a wide range of occasions, including hens parties, work breakups, functions, birthdays and kids parties.

With our range of packages and apparatuses, you can customise your party to suit your preferences and needs. PhysiParties will include your choice of of activities (dependant on location), such as pole dancing, aerial silks, lyra (hoop), hammock and dancing. We provide professional instructors who will guide you and your guests through the different apparatuses, ensuring everyone has a fun and safe experience.

All you will need to do is invite guests and we look after the rest! We provide the party! Gifts, games and more so you can relax and enjoy your party without worrying about a thing. Kids Party

Plan a party to remember with a Kids Party at PhysiPole, the easiest party for you as we do it all! All you need to do is send the invites and let us know the attendee list, turn up and we provide the fun, decorations, and ever lasting memories.

Christmas Functions

The festive season is an important time to catch up and spend time with family and friends and we have the perfect activity for you to do just that! Book a Christmas Function with us which you can customise to your own with your choice of apparatus.

Hens Party

Your hen’s party will be full of fun and laughter while learning some new skills on pole or you could choose another apparatus dependent on location, enjoy trying something new and an unforgettable experience celebrating a hens with PhysiPole, we will play some fun team games and can teach you a routine, flirty tease, fun dance or whatever your group will enjoy more, talk to use today to customize and suit your needs.

Offsite Functions

Already have an amazing venue and just looking for something fun to do?

We could travel out to you if your venue permits and teach you a dance, or circus skills
like hula hooping, juggling etc.

Please note this will be not apparatus based, pricing will be the same as a normal
function with a reduced time frame of 1hr and no food or drink. A travel fee may occur
if venue is over 20 minutes away from a studio location.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Can participants just create accounts and sign waiver on arrival?

We greatly appreciate your cooperation in having participants complete the waiver before your arrival as it will utilise your booking time to have everyone complete and we will need the legal guardian of every participant to come in and agree to the waiver. This will mean less fun time for you on the apparatus.

Why do you need a list of participants?
We ask for a list of participants before your function to ensure they all have created an account and booked into your function so you know who to still follow up so we can get right into the fun stuff on your arrival.
How long does a function go for?

All functions go for 1 hour 30 minutes, additional time can be purchased for $60 for every half hour, please advise us at the time of booking if you wish for the additional time.

Are you allowed to bring your own cake/food?

Food is available as an optional add-on per person. If you’d prefer to bring your own food or have a special request, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

You’re more than welcome to bring your own cake. Candles, a cake server, napkins, and a lighter will be available. Please advise us before the function so we can allow time to sing Happy Birthday during your booking and set aside space on the food table.

What food is provided?

Light nibbles and refreshments are included in our Deluxe Party Package. These are simple snack-style items and may include fruit, popcorn or chips, and sweet treats.

A grazing platter can also be added to any booking. Kids grazing platters may include kid friendly options such as fairy bread, fruit, cheese and snacks, while adult grazing platters include a selection of cheeses, crackers and antipasto-style items. Contents may vary depending on availability but if you have any specific requests or allergies, please let us know at least 1 week before the function.

Water, tea, and coffee will be available for all participants and onlookers.

Do parents need to stay?
Not at all! We will look after everything and everyone for your function and it is up to each individual parent if they would prefer to stay and watch all the fun or come back at the end of the function. Our waiting area is available for parents to chill in away from the function to sit back and enjoy a tea or coffee in also.
What should participants wear?
Depending on the apparatuses included in your booking will depend on what you need to wear, we have listed below:
POLE – wear shorts and a t-shirt as skin is required to grip onto the pole (it is possible in leggings they just have to work harder!)

AERIALS – wear leggings that cover the back of the knees and a tight fitting top as they will be going upside down and don’t want them to get lost in their shirt! Our aerial equipment is possible in shorts but due to the fabric can cause the backs of your knees to be sore or get burns if not covered.

When is payment due?
To secure your booking we require a 50% deposit and the remainder due to be paid on the day of your booking, payment can be made easily via our app PhysiPole Studios, under billing or at the studio via EFTPOS or cash.
What ages is this suitable for?

PhysiPole is suitable for all ages young or old and is perfect to help celebrate any occasion. We can alter the skills and activities to suit the average age and capabilities of participants to ensure you all have an amazing time.

How do I book my function?

The easiest way to book a function is to send a message through Groovio, other social media accounts, email or call your local studio and include all the below details to ensure we can process your request quickly
