Pole Dancing Courses

A great workout and a lot of fun! These courses include spins and aerial tricks, each class you'll learn new tricks as your fitness, strength and flexibility increases so does the level of the workout! Choose between Static classes where the pole is stationary and you create your own momentum or Spin class where the pole spins and you work yourself holding positions or why not do both!

Classes are 1 person per pole
$220 for 8 weeks, 1 hour per week

Kids/Teens Classes

Our kid's classes are a great way to burn energy while they learn tricks on aerial hoop and silks. If they love monkeys bars, spinning and going upside down they will love our classes. The classes help build coordination, strength and confidence, they will have so much fun they will not want to leave!

Classes are 1 person per apparatus
$187.50 for 8 weeks, 1 hour per week

Boogie Bounce

The Boogie Bounce Xtreme programme is FAB, FUN, FUNKY AND FAT BURNING. It is a complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline, with a safety bar, choreographed to chart-topping inspiring music which includes an extremely effective cardio section, and a really powerful bums, tums and thighs section too! Every muscle in the body is worked. EVEN THE FACIAL MUSCLES!

Class is for 1 hour, $15
$130 for 10 class pass

Aerial Hoop Classes

If you wanted to join the circus when you were a kid then this is the course for you! Enjoy learning fun tricks that includes spins, holding shapes flex and strength moves on an aerial hoop while getting a workout at the same time! We have various sized hoops and different heights to suit all students, you do not need to start nice and high. Wear your leggings in this class with a comfy shirt

Classes are 2 person per Hoop
$220 for 8 weeks, 1 hour per week

Silks Course

A fantastic art form, learn fun tricks, shapes and drops in this amazing aerial course. You will gain grip strength, body control, coordination and flexibility start building all this is in level 1 and work your way up the levels as you go. Wear your leggings in this class with a tight fitting shirt so you stay nice and comfy

All PhysiPole teachers are internationally accredited pole dance and fitness instructors. Our instructors are all incredibly friendly and can't wait to share their passion for pole with you!

Talanna Buckley

Studio Owner

Talanna came into pole dancing in 2012 with very little dance background. Her previous sporting focuses had centered around basketball, netball and tennis, so pole was an exciting but very different adventure for her. Hooked from the first class, Talanna quickly learned that pole is an excellent whole body workout. Soon finding herself attending the studio several times a week, she was amazed at the positive changes she was finding in not only her body, but her dance ability and coordination, confidence, motivation and self perception.
Talanna naturally progressed throughout the PhysiPole levels and was delighted to reach her first major 'pole goal' of becoming an Elite student - from here, the goals only continued.
After less than three terms, Talanna started performing and competing, finding her love for the stage! She was named as one of the first PhysiPole Studios Sponsored Athletes during this time. Winning her first sash at the PhysiPole Studios In House heats for the advanced division spurred her on, after which she has competed as a finalist in the Macs Hotel Pole Dancing Competition, taken out the title of the Australian and NZ wide Pole Games competition with her fellow PhysiPole Studios team and has performed at both Encore! Sydney Pole Show and Pandemonium events as part of group performances.
Most recently, she was named as Public Choice for the Pandemonium Pole Star search and has just won first place in the 2016 Regional Pole Artistry Championships in Victoria for her Wizard of Oz routine.
Talanna is the owner and head instructor of PhysiPole Studios Geelong. She hopes to inspire her students and wants them to feel strong, empowered, confident and as though they can express themselves through the many styles pole dance has to offer.
