Favourite Trick: Handspring and leg flare to stand
Tip: When wearing heels put your body weight into the balls of your feet so that you can walk and pivot/swivel from side to side easily. Also scrunch up your toes and push them against the bottom of the shoe as this will help with your stability, balance and ankle support. Do not put your full weight into the heel of your shoe (the stiletto) as this can cause you to slip or lose your balance.
