The new year has started which means a whole new year of showcases, competitions and events for Pole and Aerial.
First to start off the year is Encore! Sydney Pole Show. Encore is a showcase of talented Pole performers outside of a competitive environment. Bradley Carr from PhysiPole Gladstone is one of the performers for the show and we can’t wait to see what he does when he hits the stage. Encore! Sydney Pole Show 2018 will be on the 28 of January 2018 at The Factory Theatre and tickets are available here
Next on the calendar is Dance for a Difference. This showcase, presented by Chilli Rox and Showpony Pole & Burlesque, is charity event inspired by pole and aerialist Jason Lam. This event has an amazing line-up of pole artist including, Adam Lin, Amy Hazel, Lisa D, Miss Filly and many more! All profits from this event go to Spinal Cure Australia and tickets are available here and the event is on 11 February 2018.
We have our very own competition next which is the PhysiPole Valentines Day Competition! Unleash your sexy side and let yourself go with an awesome routine. This year, there will be 2 Studios hosting the Valentines Day Competition. Physipole Studios Bendigo will be holding the Victorian Comp on the 17th of February and Physipole Studios Rockhampton will be holding the Queensland Comp on the 24th of February. Next up is a jammed packed weekend in March! On the weekend of March 16 to 18 are 3 pole competitions. On Friday the 16, Saturday the 17 and Sunday the 18 is the Arnold Classic at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre and the Pole Championship Series is a pole competition held at the event. This a No Audition comp so this is a great opportunity to showcase a routine. This competition is purely based on strength so if you’re interested in entering, submit your form and pay the fee before February 18, 2018. Enter here
That same weekend, on Saturday Night, is Survivor Amateur Pole Competition. Two of our wonderfully talented PhysiPolers made it through to the competition. Ren Wyatt from Albury Studio is competing in the intermediate category, Celestee Roylance, Traralgon Studio owner is competing in the Elite category and Talanna Buckley, Geelong Studio owner is competing in the Semi-Pro Category. Good luck to all girls and we can’t wait to see you all shine on stage! Tickets are available here
