About the Studio
Ballarat’s first Pole & Aerial Fitness Studio provides alternative fitness options for all ages, genders and fitness levels with aerial hoop/lyra, hammock, silks/tissu, static pole, spin pole, sexy dance classes, stretch classes, strength and conditioning and many more. The first permanent home of PhysiPole Studios where Kristy Sellars made PhysiPole into what it is today, moved from its original home in 2020 to the state of the art facilities hosting 2 pole rooms with 4 metres poles and 2 aerial rooms of 6 metres tall which are fully temperature controlled with heating and cooling. Come and join the physifam with a supportive community to grow your self-confidence and general wellbeing. Aerial Fitness classes are perfect after-school activities for kids in Ballarat burning off some energy and keeping them active indoors so it doesn’t matter what the weather is doing class is always on, we also offer unforgettable Kids Parties and Hens Parties in Ballarat, check out the linked photos for further information on these today.

Meet the team!
Robyn Peddlesden
Studio Owner
Robyn is a passionate and accomplished pole dance and aerial arts instructor with a strong background in dance and fitness. She began her pole dancing journey in 2010 and, through dedication and hard work, became the owner and head instructor of PhysiPole Studios in Rockhampton, Gladstone, and Ballarat. Robyn is internationally accredited through the KT Coates Vertical Dance program and Circus Training Australia, and she specializes in pole dance, aerial hoop, silks, aerial hammock, and static trapeze. In 2024, she furthered her training by completing the Instructor Training Program at the esteemed École Nationale de Cirque in Montreal.
Her love for movement began in early childhood when she started classical ballet at the age of three. She excelled in ballet, achieving honors in all her Cecchetti method exams and competing in numerous dance eisteddfods across Australia. Her competitive spirit carried into her pole dance journey as well, where she found success winning the prestigious Ignite competition in 2014, 2015, and 2016, along with strong performances at various regional events.
In 2017, Robyn opened PhysiPole Studios Rockhampton, which was awarded Studio of the Year in its first year—a moment that remains a proud highlight of her career. She now owns additional PhysiPole studios in Gladstone and Ballarat. Robyn continues to teach, inspire, and share her passion for pole, aerials, and choreography with her students every day.

Celestee has always held an interest in all things aerial starting with 8 years of gymnastics competing in state competitions and also coaching, when she became too old and broken from this she started training dance. Attending classes in ballet, contemporary and jazz but was still finding a loss of the strength challenges gymnastics offered her. She attended a term of classes at the National Institute of Circus Arts training in various apparatuses which she loved but could not keep committed to the travel and wanting to stay in Latrobe Valley. Her dreams were answered when a pole studio opened up in Traralgon offering hoop classes, originally, she started pole in 2015 just to build up strength for hoop but now she has trouble deciding which apparatus to train loving them all. She first became a studio owner in January 2017 of PhysiPole Studios Traralgon and became co-owner of Ballarat in 2022, Celestee loves being able to give the opportunity to change lifes with aerial fitness and can’t wait for you to try it!
After two years in a full-time performing arts course in Melbourne where she gained her Certificate 3 and first year Diploma of performing arts, she ventured to L.A where she expanded her performance skill and knowledge at leading studios Millenium and Debbie Reynolds.
In 2007 she tried pole dancing and was instantly hooked. She founded PhysiPole Studios in 2009 which has grown to be the largest franchise of its kind in the world with 17 studio locations.
After numerous teaching and performing tours around the world she then had her three children and set herself a goal to enter Australia’s Got Talent in 2019 when her youngest was 6 months old. She went on to win Australia’s Got Talent and continued to expand her love of business creating new brands ‘The Enviro Co’ and ‘Polescription’, both ecommerce stores.
