About the Studio
Rockhampton’s largest Pole & Aerial Fitness Studio with custom-built state of the art facility with adjustable rigging up to 4m and 16 stainless steel poles across 2 fully air-conditioned rooms. Fully equipped Air Conditioned Gym. Separate competition aera with 2 brass 38mm poles. Offering static pole, spin pole, aerial hoop, silks, hammock, trapeze, Boogie Bounce, and dynamic heels as well as many casual classes. PhysiPole Studios provides alternative fitness options for all ages, genders, and fitness levels with sexy dance classes, stretch classes, strength, and conditioning and many more. I opened this studio in January 2017, but my pole journey began long before that around 2010 when a former PT trainer convinced me to try pole as well, coming from classical ballet background the dance side of this seemed appealing, I was instantly hooked! I was very fortunate to have Kristy Sellars our amazing Franchisor as my instructor! Pole has quite literally changed my life. I was very self conscious about my appearance and very shy. Pole has not only taught me to love and accept the person I am but has also made me emotionally and physically strong! I have built so many wonderful friendships through pole that will now be everlasting.
As well as pole I have a great love for aerials. This has helped me build amazing strength and is a wonderful compliment to pole! PhysiPole is my home away from home, it’s the place where everyone is accepted and you will be able to learn amazing skills and achieve things you never thought possible. I’m so excited to have you join us and make some wonderful new friends and life memories.
