Welcome to PhysiPole Studios Sunshine Coast, the ultimate Aerial and Pole fitness destination on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. This studio proudly stands as one of the largest within the franchise and is a brand new, custom-built facility in 2019. Each room also has air conditioning, making classes at a comfortable temperature on those hot days.

Kirsty Van Noordenburg
Studio Owner
Kirsty (aka Legs) first fell head over heels—literally and figuratively—for pole and aerials at PhysiPole Studios Grovedale in September 2015. From her very first spin, she was hooked! Within just a year, she transitioned from student to instructor, driven by pure passion and a love for the community.
When life took her to Queensland, she knew one thing for sure: she couldn’t leave the PhysiPole family behind. So, she brought it with her! In March 2019, Kirsty made the big interstate move with her husband and two little girls to open PhysiPole Sunshine Coast, which officially launched in April 2019.
Since then, she’s built a powerhouse team of inspiring instructors and fostered an incredible community of students who now proudly call the Sunshine Coast Studio their home.
But she didn’t stop there! In July 2023, Kirsty took over PhysiPole Hervey Bay, and by October 2024, she had opened the doors to her third studio—PhysiPole Noosa.
From first-time flyer to triple-studio owner, Kirsty is a true force in the pole and aerials world—and she’s just getting started!
