Aerial Hoop

No matter your age anyone can feel like they have run away and joined the circus! In Aerial Hoop you’ll get to learn neat tricks on an aerial hoop while getting an awesome workout at the same time! Course is run over 8 weeks, you do not need any strength or fitness level to start our course is designed to build this all up each to complete the tricks taught each week.

Our classes are structured with a warm up, tricks, routine, strength and a cool down to cover all aspects and to help you move through our level structure from level 1 all the way up to Elite levels.

Aerial Hoop involves spins, holds, sits in the hoop and much more, no matter who you are you will fit right into our welcoming physifam and find a fun way to keep fit.

What to Wear/Bring

  • Leggings (try to avoid slippery fabric)
  • Active Wear Shirt
  • Bare feet or socks
  • Drink Bottle
