Silks

Learn a graceful art form with Silks while developing your strength and coordination. You’ll learn to do wraps into various shapes, drops and spins.
Our classes are structured with a warm up, tricks, routine, strength and a cool down to cover all aspects and to help you move through our level structure from level 1 all the way up to Elite levels.

Really feel a great sense of achievement as you progress through the skills in silks. No matter who you are you will fit right into our welcoming physifam and find a fun way to keep fit.

What to Wear/Bring
