Static Pole

In this course you will be learning awesome tricks on a static pole over the span of 8 weeks, you do not need any strength or fitness level to start, our course is designed to build strength as you go to progress up the levels.

Our classes are structured with a warm up, tricks, routine, strength and a cool down to cover all aspects and to help you move through our level structure from level 1 all the way up to Elite levels.

Static pole is a great apparatus to start your pole journey building upper body strength and learning how to create momentum in turns on the pole, no matter who you are you will fit right into our welcoming physifam and find a fun way to keep fit.

What to Wear/Bring

Pole requires skin contact to grip so we suggest to make the class easier for you to wear the following, if you are not comfortable in wearing this you can wear pants and a long shirt you will just need to work a little harder.
