Plan a party to remember with our Kids Party, the easiest party for you as we do it all!
All you need to do is send the invites and let us know the attendee list, turn up and we provide the food, fun, decorations, party bags and ever lasting memories.
How long does a function go for?
All functions go for 1 hour 45 minutes, additional time can be purchased for $40 for every half hour, please advise us at the time of booking if you wish for the additional time.
What activities are included?
Your instructor will warm up your party with some fun party games like musical statues, balloon/hula hoop relay races etc. you will then be taught beginner skills on your chosen apparatus. Depending on the location but you will have the choice of aerial hoop, hammock, silks, static pole, and spin pole, we can only really fit 2 apparatuses in the timeframe for the function. The default apparatus for most locations are aerial hoop and hammock if not advised.
Are you allowed to bring your own cake/food?
All parties are catered for and is plenty of food for the number of participants booked for but if you do wish to bring in your own food or have a special request please let us know and we can see if we can cater.
We provide mini cupcakes but if you wish to bring your own cake in you are more than welcome, we will have candles, server, napkins, and lighter available to utilise. Please advise us before the function so we can allow time to sing Happy Birthday in your booking time and to allow space on our food table.
What food is provided?
We provide snack style food table for all functions which can include, fruit, lollies/chocolate, popcorn/chips, and cupcakes or lamingtons and to drink flavoured mineral water or soft drink. Options will vary depending on availability but if you have any particular requests please advise us 1 week before the function. Water, tea and coffee are also available for all participants or onlookers.
Do parents need to stay?
Not at all! We will look after everything and everyone for your function and it is up to each individual parent if they would prefer to stay and watch all the fun or come back at the end of the function. Our waiting area is available for parents to chill in away from the function to sit back and enjoy a tea or coffee in also.
What should participants wear?
Depending on the apparatuses included in your booking will depend on what you need to wear, we have listed below:
POLE – wear shorts and a t-shirt as skin is required to grip onto the pole (it is possible in leggings they just have to work harder!)
AERIALS – wear leggings that cover the back of the knees and a tight fitting top as they will be going upside down and don’t want them to get lost in their shirt! Our aerial equipment is possible in shorts but due to the fabric can cause the backs of your knees to be sore or get burns if not covered.

When is payment due?
To secure your booking we require a 50% deposit and the remainder due to be paid on the day of your booking, payment can be made easily via our app PhysiPole Studios, under billing or at the studio via EFTPOS or cash.
What ages is this suitable for?
Kids parties are suitable for any age! We can alter the skills and activities to suit from 2-16 years old guaranteeing skills capable for all and so much fun for all participants.
