This is something we have wanted to do for a long and it is finally here, we have our very own PhysiPole App!!
We are slowly moving locations over to a new booking system called Wellness Living to make it even better and more user-friendly for our physifam. Due to this, you may not find your studio location on the app yet, your location will announce when they have moved over to the Wellness and will show on the app so you can start using the app for your classes.
On the app you can view locations, book classes, shop on the store, view class bookings, track goals and body measurements, the app will become a daily part of your life in no time. We have put together some steps for you to get started and get to know the app below.
1. LOGIN
Once the app is downloaded make sure to use the same email address that you initially used at the studio to make sure you are able to see all your current bookings and avoid making a duplicate account. If you want to double check your email, change it over or think you may have created a duplicate account contact your local studio.
2. CHECK YOUR DETAILS
As this is a new booking system we will need you to sign a new disclaimer, the app will not let you do anything else till this is done. Check over your details checking your phone number, address, and listed emergency contact is correct, to do this follow the steps below:
- Click on your initials in the top right-hand corner
- Select profile settings
- Check over details, you can even add a photo to your profile
3. ADD PAYMENT METHOD OR CREDIT
If you have a membership you will need to add your card details to the system to be billed each week or you can go in at any time and place a credit on your profile to be used for whatever your heart desires in the future.
- Click on your initials in the top right-hand corner
- Select Billing Information
- Add in details as required
**Please make sure you have money in your account before finalising payment as through the online payment system they charge an $8.80 dishonour fee.
4. CHECK OVER BOOKINGS
You can easily see past or future classes you attended at the studio all you need to do is click My Bookings. To make a new class booking click Book Now and use the various categories to view your chosen classes,you can change the date range by clicking the calendar icon in the top right corner or filter classes with the button below this via staff, days of the week or time.
5. GO SHOPPING
You are easily able to view and purchase any items the studio has in stock via the Store button, you can view products via categories up the top or search for the items. You can find not only physical products but class packages, multi-course discount packages, memberships, and gift cards.
