Now that we are coming in to the colder months of the year, it’s important to remember to ensure you are warming up correctly, and more importantly, STAYING warm during training. Wearing a back warmer is a great way to keep your muscles at the correct temperature to increase your flexibility and to prevent injuries. The ideal temperature for your muscles to stretch is 1 or 2 degrees higher than your usual body temperature, and wearing a back warmer ensures you keep those muscles at the correct temperature. It also prevents your muscles from cooling down too quickly, which aids muscle recovery and helps with muscle soreness too.
If you’re a pole girl or guy, they’re also handy during those colder months when you want to wear more clothes, but still want easy access to skin to grip the pole as you can push them up or down or remove them in seconds. For aerialists, not only will they keep your back warm, but they also provide an extra layer of cushioning between yourself and your apparatus which helps prevent bruising.

Our PhysiPole Back warmers are super stretchy. I guarantee you’ll be surprised at the difference in your flexibility and recovery.
