Instructs– Static Pole, Spin Pole, Silks
Ann grew up incredibly un-sporty and it was only in her later years she discovered all things health, fitness and co-ordination. An avid gym goer, she chanced upon aerial classes as an alternate way to get fit. It was definitely not “love at first climb” but she did enjoy that for an hour she forgot about everything else and was able to use her brain a bit differently. That was over five years ago and now she can’t imagine a week without climbing, wrapping, dropping and spinning on a silk. The excited feeling of mastering that first climb to the top, overcoming the fear of a drop (look mum, no hands!) never goes away and Ann hopes to be doing this for years to come. She has attended numerous pole and aerial studios throughout Melbourne and Sydney and is excited to have PhysiPole Traralgon as her second home.
When she is not on her silk she can be found attempting pole tricks, preferably spinning. By day she works in IT for a bank. She is also passionate about eating croissants, baked goodies and pretty much anything delicious.
