Instructs – Static Pole, Spin Pole, Aerial Hoop
Carmel started out in gymnastics from a young age, training for nearly 13 years, but ended up having to stop sue to lifestyle and school studies. She then moved into going to the gym but had discovered she missed the acrobatic side of fitness so was convinced by a friend to join an aerial hoop class at PhysiPole Traralgon in 2019.
Carmel was very nervous to start her first class but the team at PhysiPole was supportive and encouraging made her feel so welcome and comfortable. She a has since taken up static pole classes and has not looked back.
Outside of PhysiPole, Carmel is a licenced electrician and additionally mentors apprentices and co-workers. She hopes through PhysiPole she can continue to mentor to encourage others to find new passions and confidence in themselves.
