Instructs – Static Pole, Spin Pole
Cat is a dedicated instructor at our Grovedale studio, bringing her passion for pole dancing and a vibrant energy to her classes. Her journey with pole began in 2017 at the Geelong studio, where she quickly fell in love not only with the sport but also with the supportive community it fosters. Since July 2021, Cat has been teaching spin and static pole, sharing her enthusiasm for tricks like the handspring, fan swish, and strength-based moves with her students.
Cat has showcased her skills in various competitions, achieving notable success such as winning first place in the Intermediate Division at Yarraville’s 2019 Ignite and being crowned the winner of the Cupid Pole division at Grovedale’s 2022 Valentine Competition. Reflecting on her journey, Cat values how pole dancing allows her to express creativity while maintaining her health. She finds constant inspiration in pushing her limits and believes that pole has provided her with a valuable perspective on life.
