Instructs – Static Pole, Spin Pole

After finishing high school, Kat began practicing yoga, which she found beneficial for both physical fitness and mental health. During this time, she also explored aerial yoga practiced in a hammock.

Kat discovered pole fitness after attending a trial session at the Geelong studio, instantly falling in love with the sport. She began following all PhysiPole social media pages and eagerly awaited the opening of the Grovedale studio. On its first night, she promptly signed up for a level one static pole class and began progressing naturally through each level, eventually starting her elite training in early 2020.
