Instructs – Static Pole
Shae started pole in 2017 and joined the teaching team in 2021.
Her favorite pole tricks are the Jade Split, Iron X and Elbow Ayesha. Her nemesis tricks are Rockstar Spin and Sneaky V.
Her favorite hoop trick is an Alien Split and her nemesis hoop tricks are Clicks.
Shae’s favorite things about pole and aerials is the supportive and inclusive community and the way pole and aerials helps with body confidence by appreciating all the amazing things your body can do.
