Pole Dancing Courses

A great workout and a lot of fun! These courses include spins and aerial tricks, each class you'll learn new tricks as your fitness, strength and flexibility increases so does the level of the workout! Choose between Static classes where the pole is stationary and you create your own momentum or Spin class where the pole spins and you work yourself holding positions or why not do both!

Classes are 1 person per pole
$220 for 8 weeks, 1 hour per week

Boogie Bounce

The Boogie Bounce Xtreme programme is FAB, FUN, FUNKY AND FAT BURNING. It is a complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline, with a safety bar, choreographed to chart topping inspiring music which includes an extremely effective cardio section, and a really powerful bums, tums and thighs section too! Every muscle in the body is worked. EVEN THE FACIAL MUSCLES!

Classes are 1 person per trampoline
$25 per 1 hour class or $220 for a 10 class pass

Mixed Aerial Course

If you wanted to join the circus when you were a kid then this is the course for you! Enjoy learning fun tricks that includes spins, holding shapes flex and strength moves on an aerial hoop and silks while getting a workout at the same time! We have various sized hoops and different heights to suit all students, you do not need to start nice and high. Wear your leggings in this class with a comfy shirt

Kirsty Van Noordenburg (aka Legs) had always wanted to try pole dancing as she’d thought it’d be a fun way to get fit, but never got around to trying it. It wasn’t until 3 years ago, after she had her two daughters now aged 4 yrs and 6 yrs, that she decided it was time to do something for herself. She was worried as none of her friends wanted to join her when she did, but little did she know that she would become apart of an amazing community and make friends with everyone in the studio. Realizing it was the most encouraging and non-judgmental place, she now feels like it is her second home. Becoming addicted and loving the all over body workout it didn't take her long to absolutely fall in love with pole dancing. Starting that class back in September 2015 was one of the best decisions of her life. .
