I’ve been going here for almost a year now, starting as a complete beginner with no muscle strength whatsoever. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and place importance on building strength and flexibility in order to have more control and safety when dancing – while balancing those aspects with enough interesting/fun stuff to keep you motivated and engaged.

Taking up pole classes has helped me with a lot my mental health and it is an encouraging environment even for someone with no prior dance or gymnastics experience. The studio staff also foster/model a supportive and fun culture between students which can help to motivate you through learning even more.
