Tip: My biggest tip is to train both sides, so at the end of the day you don’t have a side that you avoid. There is no bad side, just a side that we need to train more. It’s never to late to go back to the basics and focus on your non-preferred side. If you are confident with tricks on both sides it will make combo development much easier, and help with more rounded strength and flexibility development.
We have all heard it before but it is vital you train both sides.
