Use practice sessions and week 8 to take progress videos/photos - Don't just wait till you have 'nailed' the move or you think something is insta worthy!
It can be a way to celebrate success, remember the journey and hard work dedicated to get a particular move and even a way to improve technique and lines. It is especially motivating to see the small improvements over time.
And always remember there is someone who is just starting their pole journey who thinks what you can do is AMAZING!
