Steph began pole dancing in 2012 after a lot of convincing by a friend. After just 2 years, Steph became a pole instructor in 2014, joined the PhysiPole team in 2015 and is now one of our elite level instructors, as well as taking on the role of studio manager in late 2016. She is also a remedial therapist and a qualified Personal Trainer through Australian Institute of Personal Training. Steph has taken home quite a few sashes with her energetic routines and hopes to add to her collection.

Steph loves watching her students gain confidence and master skills they never thought they could and is very excited to help this studio continue to grow.

Shaz started pole in 2014. At first she was very apprehensive but now believes it has been the best health decision she has ever made and is in the best shape of her life. She started aerials in 2015 and instantly became hooked.
Dabbling in dance most of her life, the chance to combine her love of dance with pole and aerials has been a highlight. Shaz is also a qualified Highland Dance teacher. She loves seeing new students come in nervous and shy and see them blossom in confidence and strength. As an instructor she loves the feeling of being able to help someone achieve their goal of nailing that nemesis trick.

Sheri began pole in January 2018 to build up her strength. With no dance background, she fell in love with it instantly. Not only because it boosted her fitness and strength, but she also noticed a huge increase in her confidence.
Sheri has performed in a number of showcases and competitions such as:

and will be performing in the Warrnambool Valentine's Competition in 2019.
Sheri can't imagine life without pole now and looks forward to passing her motivation and enthusiasm on to her students. She wants her students to feel as ecstatic as she did when she nailed that first trick!

Kelsey joined PhysiPole in January 2017 and absolutely fell in love with it. Kelsey has a 15 year background in Calisthenics for which she has been assistant coaching for 5 of those years. "I started aerials to bulid up strength, flexibility and my cardio fitness. I couldn’t believe how much strength I had gained from only one term! My love for aerials has grown more and more after each term, I absolutely love the strength involved and artistry of each trick. I love watching my students fall in love with aerials the same way that I have!"

Emi began pole in 2016, after being a casual stretch student for a number of months. “I figured I’d give pole a go for a little while, but I did not expect to love it as much as I do.” Emi then began aerials in 2017 and fell in love once again. She loves how differently challenging all the apparatuses are and the strength she has gained from silks, hoop and pole is incredible. Emi loves seeing her students achieve amazing things they never thought possible.

Emma began her pole journey in 2014 and like so many others, quickly became addicted. Emma loves the muscles and strength she has gained from pole training and couldn't imagine life without it now. "It really is a fun way to become fit, strong and flexible." Emma loves reaching her pole goals and loves instructing to help and inspire others.

Jo started pole dancing in 2009 with our PhysiPole founder Kristy Sellars and soon became addicted. She is now in our prestigious Elite level and is a wonderful motivator around the studio. "My motto is never give in, never surrender. Keep trying and eventually you will succeed." Jo's body is in its best shape ever after losing over 30kg - she was also the worthy winner of the PhysiPole body transformation competition last year. Jo's biggest highlight was being chosen to compete in the 2013 Victorian Pole Championships (VPC). "Pole is much more than just fitness, it's my everything! I have made so many true friends that encourage me and lift me up when I struggle. I love my PhysiPole family. My life would not be complete without each and every one of you."

Bonnie started Aerials as a young 14 year old in 2015 and immediately fell in love with the sport. Bonnie gained confidence and a deep passion for aerials when she began performing with her doubles partner Mollie.
Bonnie then began pole in late 2016 after waiting (for “what felt like forever”) to be old enough.
Bonnie loves aerials and pole because they are sports like no other. She loves that they provide difficult challenges to keep you motivated and just so happen to build your strength, flexibility and confidence along the way.
Bonnie aims to inspire those around her and can’t way for her students to feel the same excitement she does when they nail a new trick.
